This is a program dedicated to developing our connection with Source in the form of Surya, the masculine Solar principle, Gayatri, its feminine counterpart and Agni, Sacred Fire that is at the very base of Life Force.

Each Sadhana is a program of self betterment and transformation that revolves around  specific Energies and Qualities that we invoke to Evoke and Embody.

In this program you will find 11 video lessons where I weave the stories of these deities from the scriptures with self reflection, asana, pranayama, mudras , bandhas, kriyas.
