How to Navigate Time and Space to maximise Health and Longevity

Yoga and Ayurveda are sister Vedic sciences for human development that are based on the understanding of the laws that govern the cosmos and the inner processes that are keys for transformation. Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India, a powerful natural healing system for mind, body and spirit with roots as ancient as the Yoga tradition. Like Yoga, Ayurvedic methods cover a wide range of practices including diet, exercise routines, bodywork, detoxification programs and life- style management choices relative to our unique individual constitution and environmental conditions. Yoga relies on Ayurvedic knowledge for its health benefits, while Ayurveda rests upon Yoga for its mental and spiritual dimensions. This Course is a deep exploration of the Cyclical nature of Nature, expressed through the Wisdom of the Seasons, Cycles of the Moon and Circadian Cycle. These variables affect our Dosha ( constitution), our Dhatus ( Bodily Tissues) and our Agni ( Inner Fire ). Learn how to intelligently navigate Kala (Time) and Desa (Space) with Ayurvedic and Yogic Wisdom to bring your system into a state of dynamic balance and create a continuous flow of optimal Health.
